All orders are shipped from the UK with OCS and DHL. OCS will deliver your order via your national postal service.

Orders are shipped in Cefinn branded boxes, within non-branded post bag. Please see below for more information on pricing, estimated delivery time and service provider.

Europe Standard with OCS

Zone 1 delivery cost – €10

Zone 2 delivery cost - €15

Orders are dispatched within 48 hours and will arrive within 3 - 7 business days.
Your order will be delivered via a tracked OCS service.

Europe Express with DHL

Zone 1 delivery cost – €20

Zone 2 delivery cost - €25

Orders placed before 3pm are dispatched the same day and will arrive in 1 -2 business days.
Your order will be delivered via a tracked DHL service.

How will Brexit affect my order?

Currently Brexit will not affect your order except for the risk of slight delays to delivery due to additional customs checks.

We are currently still delivering to the E.U. and we are sending our packages DDP (delivered duties paid) which means there are no further costs or fees for you to pay on delivery.

Cefinn currently delivers from the Europe web-store to the following countries, which are split into two regions based on shipping services available.

Europe Zone 1: France, Germany, Ireland

Europe Zone 2: Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, Andorra, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta, Monaco, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Sweden, Gibraltar, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Spain

Cefinn understand that often quick delivery is needed, which is why we provide Express as well as Standard delivery options. All delivery timeframes provided are for your guidance and apply to working days only (excluding Bank Holidays). Whilst we try our best to get your order to you in the specified time, occasionally some things are beyond our control. If there is a delay in receiving your order, please contact us via email at help@cefinn.com and we will endeavour to resolve with the courier as quickly as possible.

Returns and Exchanges

If you are not completely satisfied please return your order to us within 28 days of receipt, in its original unused condition and with all original packaging and tags still attached.
