Dear Cefinn followers,

We are all feeling very scared and confused as we battle with the impact of Covid-19. None of us have experienced anything like it before and it is very frightening and surreal to have no idea how it will affect our families, friends, jobs and businesses in the coming weeks.

We were keen to reach out to let you know what we are doing to react to this unprecedented situation and how we plan to help those most in need.

Supporting each other, keeping morale high and looking after those especially cut off or in need will be so important in the coming weeks.  To do our small bit to help, Cefinn will be donating from every order online £5 to Age UK and £5 to The Trussell Trust from 18th March - 15th April, and 24th April until 28th May 2020. We have chosen these charities because they both provide help and support to those particularly vulnerable due to the Covid-19 outbreak.

In moments like this, everyone looks for support from family, friends and loved ones, Age UK looks after those who have no one to turn to in day-to-day life and even less so in times like these. Age UK strives to provide information, advice, healthcare and well-being creating a community that combats loneliness and vulnerability.

The Trussell Trust is a charity we have chosen aimed at targeting hunger and poverty in the UK, they provide a nationwide network of foodbanks and support. Plenty of us have been lucky enough to take ourselves to the supermarket to buy provisions for the inevitable onset of self-quarantining for Covid-19, so let’s help those who haven’t been so fortunate.

Alternatively, you can download OnHand, an app created to make volunteering simple and inspire you to help by helping someone in your local area. You can assist with shopping and errands or simply provide companionship, perhaps help them with a technological nightmare, a little bit of gardening or even pet care.

As a small digital fashion brand we can be reactive and flexible and much of our team are now working from home with the rest to follow in the coming few days.

Our King's Road pop up was closed but is re-opening from Thursday 18th June 2020 - more details are on our pop up page.

Our utmost priority is the health of our community, customers and staff and we want to do our part to help mitigate the spread of Covid-19. At this moment in time, solidarity is more important than ever, so we hope you understand the decision we have taken.

Please check our on-line store Cefinn.com for any changes as it is a constantly evolving situation and we are keen to react as fast and appropriately as possible.

We are in continuous conversation with our warehouse partner who is ensuring that government instructions are followed and that the highest standard of safety for staff and your orders is in place: cleaning throughout the day; plentiful supplies of gloves and sanitiser; adapting every process to ensure 2 metre social distancing at all times; quarantining all inbound deliveries and returns for a minimum 48 hours; and supporting staff however they can to ensure their emotional and physical well-being whilst performing their job.

Please do email us with your thoughts and our customer service team are on hand via email and phone to help with anything Cefinn related: info@cefinn.com and +44 (0)203 327 0580.

At Cefinn we love hearing from you and have a vibrant following so please share with us on Social.  We will continue to share our thoughts and brighten up your feed with inspiring imagery from our community and latest collections as we move into the lighter, sunnier summer days ahead.

Stay safe, strong and inspired, look after all those you love!
