All exchanged orders are sent free of additional postage charge. Please note that exchanges can only be made on size or colour. If you would like to exchange for another style, please indicate on the form included with your order and a member of the Cefinn team will be in touch to take payment.
How to Make a Return/Exchange
We offer free self-drop returns for orders delivered in the UK. If you would like your return collected, we can organise this for £10 or for free if your order is over £500. If you would like this service please contact email@example.com
- Take out the DPD return insert included in your order and keep to one side.
- Complete this form indicating what you are returning, the return reason. If you want an exchange please provide details in the comments /exchange column.
- Include this form in your return order making sure to seal it securely and to cover all old postage labels.
- Take the return order to your nearest DPD drop-off point with the DPD insert included with the order. You can find your nearest DPD drop-off point by using the DPD Shop Finder. If you would like your return collected please contact firstname.lastname@example.org
- If self-dropping your return, you will receive a tracking number along with a receipt. Please retain all proof of dispatch as the return order is the customer’s responsibility until received by Cefinn.
Delivery of returns can take up to three working days, and once received by Cefinn a further 48 working hours to be processed. If you have not received a return confirmation email within this time, please contact us at email@example.com and we will investigate further.
